The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged tools (unless defective or damaged upon receipt).

• Hazardous materials or items restricted by law (e.g., certain batteries).

3. How to Initiate a Return

2. Package the item securely with the RMA number written on the box.

4. Provide tracking information to ensure safe return.

4. Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
